Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted, processed, and shipped.

While we make every effort to keep our listings and pricing accurate, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur due to clerical or other circumstances.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.

Replacement, credit, or refund for an item does not cover damage by buyer from misuse, accident, or improper use. If a record is unable to be replaced and a replacement title is not suitable at the same price, refunds will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All of the new records and CDs we sell are 100% guaranteed against defects. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault or damage prior to delivery The Record Store accepts faulty returns notified within 2 weeks of receipt.

Please return in the original packaging with your name and address and what the defect is.
All returns are shipped to us at your expense.
We will ship the replacement to you at our expense.
