Terms and Conditions for Second-hand LP Records.

• Customers who wish to cancel an order must notify by email by 8:30amon the next business day following the date of order.
• Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted.
• Wherever possible The Record Store will endeavor to replace goods damaged prior to delivery.
• To return any faulty record:
• Email us with your request: info@therecordstore.co.nz
• We will reply with a return authorization.

Important

• Please put a note in the box stating:
• What you are returning, reason for return, your name and address.  Receipt copy is a must.
• All returns are shipped to us at your expense.
• All other countries, return postage is charged to you by the weight of the box, airmail.
• If the title is unable to be replaced and a replacement title is not suitable at the same price, refunds will be processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
